Hunan Shenghua Technology Co., Ltd (“Shenghua Technology”), establish 2008, is a high technology enterprise specializing in R&D, manufacture and sale of cathode materials for lithium batteries, with registered capital of RMB 75 million. The company locates at Liling, Hunan province and has more than 400 employees, including 38 R&D staff whom own master degree and above. Shenghua Technology has obtained several patents and passed ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 quality management system and ISO140001 environment system.
In 2010, the company’s independently developed product - Lithium Iron Phosphate industrialization project had been awarded as national major scientific and technological achievements transformation project by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Finance. Shenghua Technology also passed the National High and New Technology Enterprises certification in the same year.
In 2011, Shenghua Technology undertook production of cathode materials for batteries used in electric bus of Shenzhen Universiade. The product has favorable receptions for its good performance from customer.
In 2012, Shenghua Tehnology was list as Hunan’s first central investment project on new energy automotive strategic emerging industries by National Development and Reform Commission.
In 2013, the company undertook the key scientific and technological project of Hunan Province, and was listed as the reserve enterprise of key listed companies in Hunan province.
In 2014, the company is accredited as New Material Enterprise by Hunan’s Commission of Economy and Information Technology and Statistical Bureau. Approved by Hunan’s Development and Reform Commission and together with central South University, the company also setup “large lithium-ion power battery cathode materials engineering research center” .
In 2016, Shenghua Technology became a fully subsidiary under Mianyang Fulin Precision Machining by assets reorganization. On December 29th, the company was official listed and traded on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Shenghua Technology’s main product is lithium battery cathode material - Lithium Iron Phosphate, featuring high capacity, better cycle performance and competitive cost, is safe, reliable, environment friendly, and resource-saving new materials. It is wide used in electrical car batteries and energy storage batteries of communication base station. In 2016, the company launched the construction project of cathode materials in Yichun, Jiangxi province and put into production in same year. Annual output 50000 tons can be achieved after all completed.
