Implementation of multi-functional project group management model for company product project

Our Technical Center with over 180 technicians, and about 160 authorized patents, is certified as Provincial Enterprise Technical Center by Sichuan government. We have drafted 4 industrial product technical standards, completed the research and industrialization of 2 national key programs on new products and 1 innovation fund program supported by China Ministry of Science and Technology, passed the appraisement of 6 sci-tech achievements conducted by Provincial Science and Technology Bureau, and received several provincial and municipal awards for sci-tech advancement. Under which there are complete testing center capable of conducting over 110 tests including electronic and electrical test, thermal humidity and vibration test, thermal shock test, corrosion test, water and dust proof test, aging test, reliability test, fatigue test, dynamic test, NVH test, parts and sub-system dynamic performance test, overall engine test and part of performance test on vehicles etc., which ensure the validations of products are fully and effectively conducted at the early stage of product development.

20 professional test rooms. Carryout more than 70 test items. Pass GM10 laboratory certification.

We have domestic and overseas advanced high-precision CNC lathes, CNC milling center, CNC milling compound machining center, CNC longitudinal cutting center, high-precision CNC ID grinder, OD grinder, and self-made automatic special assembly test line，new belt furnace & multi-functional furnace to guarantee high productivity and high-quality products.

Our Quality Assurance Department is equipped with professional inspection team. Company establishes QA system according to the requirement of TS16949 quality system. It consists of precision inspection room, outsourcing parts inspection station, chemical laboratory, cleanliness laboratory, measuring room, on-site inspection station, and final check station etc. It owns three coordinates, cylindricty tester, the three-dimensional digital projectors, roughness tester, profile tester, metalloscope etc. 100 sets testing instrument for product quality, which can be security escort for product quality.
